Rebuilding Primary Care. Redefining Corporate Social Responsibility

Developed out of Patients First Foundation, a patient advocacy consultancy; TAP Health MSO was designed to change the world while sharing the wealth. Our team did not think this was possible as a non-profit or as a public benefit corporation, the government regulation and oversight did not match up with our core values.

Why? Because we will be more transparent than either of those structures by building a company with our ‘clients’. By making our members financial stakeholders, we did not need any other corporate oversight, YOU are our corporate oversight - and we couldn’t be happier to have you!

We believe that healthcare should not be another ‘industry’ within America, making a small portion of people ultra-wealthy. Right now, 90% of all stock value is owned and controlled by only 10% of the population, does this make sense? Should only 10% of Americans see true value through a ‘public utility’ that we are all forced to utilize?

We don’t think so, we believe everyone should participate in the wealth that is created by the systems that serve Americans. A Strong Community, Protects All

We don't just provide care; we solve a $4.8T market failure through our Member Sponsorship Program. Providing a "Clinical Home" for your neighbors who cannot afford the full cost of membership.

An investment you can trust! On average, less than 50% of a donation to a non-profit goes to people in need, the majority goes to ‘administrative burn’ - TAP Health MSO will use 100% of any sponsorship dollar to provide care to qualified patients. In addition, we will report to our sponsors and to our community the effect that sponsorship dollar had on a person’s life and our community overall.

The Economics of Health Equity.

The 1:13 Community Return: Every sponsored member we serve means that someone who did not have access to care is now proactively safeguarding their health. This access and prevention saves each local community $13 for every $1 invested from unnecessary crisis-care costs.

If an average membership is $2,000 then that is a $26,000 savings per member per year in the community.

When we help a neighbor get well, your community gets stronger, your investment in TAP Health becomes more valuable and our society can begin to heal from the ill effects of the past 50 years of industrialized sick-care.
